A nice size and brand-new room plus with private bathroom. Ever so helpful and very very helpful staff, TOP location short walk to the underground station and main street and the shopping area and restaurants and central Kyoto.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Have spent here 2 nights and our loft was brand-new. All of the staff was extremely hospitable and professional and attentive to guests. The location for Kyoto was comfortable, adjacent to the subway and the mail food market, a metro station in vicinity, and restaurant.

The room was great-sized and brand-new and offered hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. I loved views over street. Comfy location really close to Kyoto has to offer as well as restaurants, shops and transportation, I felt safe.

Tidy and fashionable unit with the 3rd bed above the other beds, easy going stuff. Very central location, relatively close to Nishiki Market Shopping District...

The restaurant here was good with western food, we both ordered delicious dishes. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was convenient, overlooking street.

The food is outstanding with a wide range of options, including coffee and tea. It boasts marvellous, best possible location just next door to the Shijo, the centre of town and the nearest bus or metro.

Everything seemed really good, extremely friendly staff, compact rooms. The breakfast offered was satisfactory with reasonable prices. The location was perfect and particularly good, near metro and train station, and Kyoto.

Good choice of food at breakfast, such as coffee and tea. Had unbeatable and incredible location very near to the subway at Shijo, next to Relaxation Rakuchin. Based just next door to the nearest bus or metro.

Stayed in stylish japanese-style room with really confy bed. The location in a nice quiet area was absolutely perfect and magnificent and there were a shopping street and a market nearby. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Kyoto.
